FRP U Channel Profiles, also known as Fiberglass U-Channel Beams, are high-performance structural components manufactured using advanced pultrusion technology. These profiles are part of the versatile FRP profiles family, designed to meet demanding industrial and construction requirements with superior corrosion resistance, lightweight durability, and customizable dimensions.
Material & Manufacturing
Crafted from a proprietary blend of alkali-free glass fiber roving and thermosetting polyester resin, our FRP U channels undergo a continuous pultrusion process1, followed by a heating curing stage to ensure uniform strength and stability. The integration of a surface veil enhances UV and corrosion resistance while preventing fiber exposure.
Features
- Lightweight & High Strength: With tensile strength ranging from 300MPa to 600MPa, these profiles offer exceptional load-bearing capacity without added weight.
- Corrosion & Weather Resistance: Ideal for harsh environments, including chemical plants and coastal areas.
- Fire Retardant & Insulating: Non-conductive and flame-resistant properties ensure safety in electrical and high-temperature applications.
- Aesthetic Versatility: Available in standard colors (Yellow, Orange, Blue, Green, Grey) or customized hues to match project needs.
- Ease of Fabrication: Compatible with cutting, drilling, polishing, and other machining processes for seamless integration.
Specifications & Customization
- Standard Dimensions: Ranging from 25×12×3.0mm to 103×38×6.0mm (U/C Channel).
- Custom Sizes: Tailored lengths and thicknesses upon request.
- Delivery: Shipped globally via sea or air within 20–60 days, securely packed in wooden pallets.
